Sales volume in March increased by 26% compared to February, which is a typical seasonal trend for this time of year. Despite this increase, average and median sales prices remained stable month over month and continue to be higher than average.
Additionally, cumulative days on market decreased slightly by 5%, marking the first decline since October 2022. We’ll be keeping an eye on this trend to see if it continues in the coming months.
